Shipping & Returns

RETURNS

  • All sales are EXCHANGE ONLY. Exchanges can be made within 60 days of purchase. Items must unwashed, unworn, with tags, in original condition and free of odors & stains to be accepted for for an exchange/gift card.
  • If the item is defective or damaged you have 14 days to request a refund. 
  • To initiate an exchange/return please email shopperfectlittlepeach@gmail.com with proof of purchase, reason for exchange and whether you would like to exchange for a different size or gift card (within the above parameters) PRIOR to mailing your items back. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
  • All refunds are made to the original form of payment, please allow an added 3-5 business days for refunds to process your account
  • All shoes, discounted & sale items are FINAL SALE
  • Shipping costs are not eligible for refund/exchange credit
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is no longer available in the requested size/style a gift card will be issued
