SHIPPING & RETURNS
- All sales are EXCHANGE ONLY. Exchanges can be made within 60 days of purchase. Items must unwashed, unworn, with tags, in original condition and free of odors & stains to be accepted for for an exchange/gift card.
- If the item is defective or damaged you have 14 days to request a refund.
- To initiate an exchange/return please email email@example.com with proof of purchase, reason for exchange and whether you would like to exchange for a different size or gift card (within the above parameters) PRIOR to mailing your items back. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
- All refunds are made to the original form of payment, please allow an added 3-5 business days for refunds to process your account
- All shoes, discounted & sale items are FINAL SALE
- Shipping costs are not eligible for refund/exchange credit
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is no longer available in the requested size/style a gift card will be issued
- Orders ship within 2-4 business days of purchase.
- We ship by USPS. Shipping costs are based on order weight
- All tracking information is sent by email. Please be sure to check your spam folder before reaching out with any questions about shipping
